The Story That Shaped My Coaching -Spoiler: It Involves Burnout and a Dog 🐾

Let’s rewind a bit…

I spent 26 years leading others, working my way up to Senior Development Manager at Slimming World.

Then came what looked like the “next step” in my career, but if I’m honest, it took me further away from what really mattered to me.

Because integrity is something I never compromise on… I left.

What followed was burnout, and a job that gave me breathing space but also left me wondering where my spark had gone.

Then someone asked me a question that stopped me in my tracks:

“Why haven’t you started your own business?”

I didn’t have a good answer. So I started building one.

Now, I help women and leaders like me — the ones who’ve spent their lives supporting everyone else — finally support themselves in ways that feel good, real, and sustainable.

Here’s what I believe:
